TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASH ON DELIVERY

All customers are informed that under Cash on Delivery (COD) rules, the courier company does not allow the package to be opened before payment.

As a customer, you can return the package only after you have paid and accepted the delivery from the courier.

If you want to return or exchange the package, you must first make the payment to the courier, then inform us. After that, you will need to send the package back to us at your own cost.

Please do not ask or force the courier rider to open the package before payment, as this is not allowed under COD rules in Pakistan.
